MyStarClip is a credit-based studio. You buy coins, then spend them on image and video generation. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Coins
Coins are prepaid studio credit. They are not cash, have no cash value, and are not redeemable for money. They never expire. Spent coins are not refunded except when a generation fails on our side, in which case the debit is reversed automatically as coins — not cash. Purchases settled through Stripe follow Stripe’s dispute process.
You own the prompts you write and the media returned to your library, subject to the licenses of the engines we route to (xAI Imagine, ByteDance, Black Forest Labs, MiniMax, OpenAI, and others as listed in the catalog). You grant us a limited license to store and display that media in your account. A “public” flag on a generation is a library setting for a future feed — it does not transfer ownership.
Age attestation
You must be 18 or older to create an account or use MyStarClip. By signing in you attest that you are at least eighteen years of age. We never allow accounts, prompts, or media involving anyone 17 or under. That ban is permanent — including when Mature Content is on. Repeated violations can lead to a ban.
Mature Content
Mature Content is off by default. Enabling it in Settings requires confirmations that you are of legal age, that Mature Content is permitted in your jurisdiction, and that you can reverse the setting later. When on, the catalog may include 18+ models and generation may attempt Mature Content, including nudity and sexual content, graphic or violent imagery, and other Sensitive Content. Upstream engines may still filter. This is not an Unrestricted or local-GPU mode.
You may not use MyStarClip for illegal activity, to violate another person’s rights, or in ways the upstream engines forbid. Each engine keeps its own content policy. We may suspend accounts that abuse rate limits, attempt to probe keys, or generate prohibited material.
Generation quality and availability depend on third-party APIs. We do not warrant a particular look, and we may swap or retire a model card when a vendor changes their API.
These terms are a working product agreement, not a substitute for counsel.
