Coins

Coins are prepaid studio credit. They are not cash, have no cash value, and are not redeemable for money. They never expire. Spent coins are not refunded except when a generation fails on our side, in which case the debit is reversed automatically as coins — not cash. Purchases settled through Stripe follow Stripe’s dispute process.

Your prompts, uploads, and likeness

You alone are responsible for your prompts, uploads, and reference stills, and for likeness, publicity, and consent rights in anything you submit or request.

You own the prompts you write, the stills and other files you upload, and the likeness you claim when you pin a face. You represent that you have the right to use that likeness — typically yourself, or a fictional look you created — and that the upload is not someone else’s intimate image used without consent.

You own the media returned to your library, subject to the licenses of the engines we route to (xAI Imagine, ByteDance, Black Forest Labs, MiniMax, OpenAI, and others as listed in the catalog). You grant Wyler Technology LLC a limited license to store and display that media in your account so the studio can run: wallet, library, Continue, Stitch, and support.

A “public” flag on a generation is a library setting for a future feed. It does not transfer ownership and it does not publish a community gallery in this version.

No guarantee of generation outcomes

MyStarClip and Wyler Technology LLC do not guarantee the content of generated stills or clips — including look, accuracy, the legality of your use, IP clearance of the result, or fitness for a particular purpose. Output remains subject to the licenses and policies of the engines we route to.

Nothing in this section erases the age, Mature Content, rights, or prohibited-use rules on this page.

Generation quality and availability depend on third-party APIs. Engines may refuse, filter, delay, or return a different result than the prompt or the reference still.

We may swap or retire a model card when a vendor changes their API. A failed job refunds coins automatically. A finished job that you dislike is not a failure on our side and is not refunded as cash or coins.

Age attestation

You must be 18 or older to create an account or use MyStarClip. By signing in you attest that you are at least eighteen years of age. We never allow accounts, prompts, uploads, or media involving anyone 17 or under. That ban is permanent — including when Mature Content is on. Repeated violations can lead to a ban.

Mature Content

Mature Content is off by default. Enabling it in Settings requires confirmations that you are of legal age, that Mature Content is permitted in your jurisdiction, and that you can reverse the setting later. When on, the catalog may include 18+ models and generation may attempt Mature Content, including nudity and sexual content, graphic or violent imagery, and other Sensitive Content.

Upstream engines may still filter. This is not an unrestricted or local-GPU mode. mystarclip.com is the studio and the policy page — not an erotic gallery.

Recast (motion transfer)

Recast uploads a short motion clip you provide and transfers that motion onto a face still you select. It is not a promise that X, TikTok, or other public clips are free to commercialize. You represent that you own the motion clip or have rights to use it for AI motion transfer, that the selected face is you, your original character, or a likeness you have written consent to use, and that you will not Recast celebrity, politician, or any real person without their consent. Outputs are AI-generated. Label them when you share. Recast jobs may route to third-party video models including Higgsfield and Kling. Those vendors keep their own acceptable-use policies. Paste-a-link ingest from X or the open web is not offered in this version. A disabled field that says it is coming later is not a license to scrape or download other people’s videos.

You are responsible for both the motion donor in the uploaded clip and the face still. Consent for one does not imply consent for the other.

Prohibited use

You may not use MyStarClip for illegal activity or to violate another person's rights. That includes non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), unauthorized celebrity or other deepfakes, and any request involving anyone 17 or under. Each engine keeps its own content policy. We may suspend accounts that abuse rate limits, attempt to probe keys, or generate prohibited material.

Do not upload or request intimate media of a real person who did not agree. Do not use someone else’s face to make intimate or deceptive media.

Notice and removal

If you believe material on MyStarClip is non-consensual intimate imagery, depicts you without rights, or otherwise violates these terms, send a complete notice through the takedown page or to the legal contact listed there. Wyler Technology LLC aims to remove or disable access to identified material within 48 hours of a complete notice.

A complete notice names the material, where to find it, how to reach you, and a good-faith statement that you have the right to ask. Incomplete notices pause the clock until the missing pieces arrive.
