Refunds
Coins are prepaid studio credit. They are not cash, have no cash value, and are not redeemable for money. They never expire. We do not cash them out.
If a generation fails after coins were taken, MyStarClip credits the wallet automatically. You do not need to write in for that.
Card charges go through Stripe. If you were billed and coins never landed, the webhook or the return to Pricing with a session id should fulfill the pack. If it still didn’t, the Stripe receipt is the source of truth — Wyler Technology LLC will match it and credit the account.
Unused coins from an unopened pack can be refunded within 14 days of purchase if none of those coins were spent. After spend, we refund only the unused remainder at operator discretion, minus processing fees.
Chargebacks without talking to us first may close the account.
