Name and a working email. Whether you are the person depicted, someone authorized to act for them, or another reporter. A link or other locator for the material — a Library URL, a generation id, or a clear description if you cannot copy a link. What is wrong: non-consensual intimate imagery, a likeness used without rights, anyone 17 or under, or another terms violation.

A good-faith statement that you have the right to ask. A statement that the notice is accurate, made under penalty of perjury to the extent that applies to your claim. A typed signature. Incomplete notices pause the 48-hour clock until the missing pieces arrive.

Send the form. It opens a message to the legal inbox for Wyler Technology LLC, and it also shows the same text so you can paste if your mail app blocks the link. Keep a copy. We may write back if we cannot find the file.

The 48-hour target is for complete notices about material we host. We may disable the file, hide it, or close the account that posted it. We do not pay you, and we do not argue the art. Other complaints — billing, a look you did not like — belong on Refunds or in the studio, not on this form.

This process is oriented to notice-and-removal laws for intimate imagery, including the Take It Down Act style of a fast, complete notice. It is not a claim that every statute applies to every file, and it is not a substitute for talking to your own counsel.
