Star yourself in the still, then the clip
Upload a face you have the right to use — usually you. MyStarClip pins that look in Studio so the next still and the next clip share a person, not a random extra. Then you Continue the shot and Stitch the cut. Simple loop. Same wallet.
How the face slot works
Studio keeps a Face slot under the prompt. Drop a JPEG, PNG, or WebP still under 3 MB. Name it if you want — “Me” is fine. Pin it so later jobs can reuse the same look without hunting through Library.
You confirm you have rights to that likeness. That is not a slogan. If the still is you, you are starring yourself. If it is a fictional look you wrote, say so in the prompt. Do not pin someone else’s face to make intimate or deceptive media. We will take that down.
The face stays private in Library unless you mark a generation public. Public is a per-job flag, not a feed, and not a gallery of other people.
Still first. Clip second.
Most people start with a still. You see wardrobe, light, and whether the face held. If the still is close, you send it into motion — the same coins wallet, a video model, a short clip. If the still missed, you try again before you spend clip coins.
A clip is a short take, not a feature film. Six or ten seconds is the usual length. 1080p costs a little more. Failed jobs return coins. A finished job you simply do not like does not.
Continue the shot. Stitch the cut.
Continue buys the next short clip from the last frame of the last one. It is not one native long take. You can chain up to ten clips. The eleventh Continue is refused — start a new scene instead of pretending the camera never cut.
Stitch joins those finished shorts into one file with a hard cut. The join fee is small — about one still, not another generation. Watch the chain in Library, pick the cut, download one file when you want it.
That is the product: face, still, clip, Continue, Stitch. Named models live in the catalog when you care. The loop is the craft.
What this is not
MyStarClip is a studio, not a costume for someone else. Star yourself, or write a fictional companion look you invented. Do not treat a stranger’s photo as raw material.

Questions
- Do I have to upload a face?
- No. You can write a look in text and generate without a still. The Face slot is there when you want continuity across stills and clips.
- Can I pin more than one look?
- Yes. Save characters, then pick one in Studio. The Face slot is the pin — not a second character row buried in the craft panel.
- What file should I upload?
- A clear still of a single adult face you have rights to. JPEG, PNG, or WebP, under 3 MB. Busy group photos and screenshots of other people’s posts are a bad start.
- Does Continue keep my face?
- Continue starts from the last frame of your clip, so the person in that frame is the handoff. If the first clip drifted, the next one will too. Recreate the look from Studio when you want a clean reset.
